Fortnite SU-PQR1603 Error Fix

If you are getting the error SU-PQR1603 on Fortnite open up the Epic Game Launchers Properties window and add -SkipBuildPatchPrereq at the end of the Target option refer to images for accuracy. This is a very quick and easy fix if you are having trouble getting past the epic game launcher. You should be able to open the epic games launcher now.
