What United States Have Legal Recreational Marijuana and Cannabis Usage

This is the current as of (Dec 18, 2017) List of Legal Recreational Marijuana and Cannabis States In The USA: taken from the Norml.org website.​

The following states have passed laws decriminalizing certain marijuana possession offenses. Typically, decriminalization means no arrest, prison time, or criminal record for the first-time possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal consumption. In most decriminalized states, these offenses are treated like a minor traffic violation.

ATTENTION*WASHINGTON STATE MMJ PATIENTS NEW RULES FOR MMJ PATIENTS

Hey everyone this post is meant for all the Washington State MMJ Patients that has not renewed their card since July 1,2016 and are not up to date with the current laws of our state with, Senate bill 5052 being effective July 1, 2016. There is a few thing everyone should know if they don't already know. This is to inform anyone that is uninformed.

Plant Count changes to Patients grow limit is now reduce to 4-6 depending if patient is registered into the optional authorization program and hold 6-8 oz of usable cannabis produce from their plants, with a max limit of 15 plants, 16 oz of usable cannabis produce from their plants, that requires physicians authorization to allow for a higher plant count.

Patient registered to the optional database can buy up to 3 oz of usable cannabis, 216 oz of cannabis infused liquid, 48 oz of marijuana infused solid products, and 21 grams of cannabis concentrate or dabs. If you are not registered you have to follow the rules that recreational users go by which is 3 times less the amount of what a registered user will be able to have.

Collective or CO OP is restricting the age to 21+ for a Marijuana Collective with 4 people max growing a max of 60 plants.
